To highlight my previous experience, let's talk about one of my longest-running previous clients: Urban Jungle. Urban Jungle is a plant store and landscape service based in South Philadelphia. As a one woman team, my primary responsibilities between the two branches were:

For over three years, I had the opportunity to work with the Urban Jungle team across their retail + landscape branches to shape their social media, marketing campaigns, and website design. During this time, I was able to help drive brand recognition through intentional, high quality content, which helped them grow their digital audience + sales even further.
Working with two separate teams to understand their goals, I was able to identify and execute a number of items to help create a cohesive visual presence that aligned with their brand and inspired their target audience.

Content Creation + Management
As a one woman team, I was solely responsible for managing both the retail shop + landscape service social media across a variety of platforms. My primary responsibilities included:

Identifying social strategies to achieve the businesses' unique goals

Creating and executing separate content calendars, from initial planning stages all the way through posting on a regular schedule

Visiting work sites at various stages to collect content and document progress

Photographing new inventory on a weekly basis

Promoting events, classes, and sales with custom graphics, copywriting, photos, and linked site pages
Top Performing Post
Retail Shop Reel
Our top performing Reel was a POV video of the retail shop on restock day. By using a trending audio, quick cuts, and beautiful shots of the shop, this Reel performed extremely well with a primarily local audience. Multiple visitors over the next week told in store staff that they found us on Instagram and had to visit.

Landscape Website Design
As the project lead, I was principally responsible for the website’s design and development. I worked closely with the Urban Jungle team, regularly presenting updates and incorporating their feedback. My key responsibilities included:
